Can makeup artists hire the Birmingham studio to create content?
Yes. Independent makeup artists can hire our Digbeth studios for portfolio photography, social media content, Reels, TikToks, tutorials, transformations and creative shoots. You do not need to be a Central School of Make-Up student or graduate.
Can I hire the content studio for just two hours?
Yes. Two-hour studio sessions are available subject to availability, with prices starting from £50.
Can I bring my own model?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own model or models to your booking.
Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?
Yes. You can bring your own photographer, videographer or creative team. You can also use your own phone or camera to create content.
Can I film Instagram Reels and TikToks in the studio?
Yes. The space can be used for short-form video including Instagram Reels, TikToks, tutorials, demonstrations, transformations and behind-the-scenes beauty content.
Is the studio suitable for hairstylists?
Yes. Hairstylists can use the facilities for transformations, bridal and occasion hair, portfolio photography, social content, competition work and education.
Do you have professional makeup stations?
Yes. The facilities include 15 illuminated makeup stations, making the studios particularly suited to makeup artists, hairstylists and beauty professionals.
Can beauty brands hire the studio?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from beauty brands, agencies, educators and production teams for content creation, photography, filming, product demonstrations and training.
Can I hire the studio for a masterclass or training day?
Yes, subject to availability and the nature of the event. We welcome enquiries from makeup artists, hairstylists, beauty educators and brands looking for professional space for demonstrations, masterclasses and training.
Can the studio be used as a green room or production hair and makeup area?
Yes. Subject to availability, the facilities can be used as a temporary green room, dressing area or hair and makeup base for film, photography and production work.
