We understand that plans can occasionally change. Each one-to-one appointment is carefully prepared in advance, with your tutor dedicating time and, in many cases, travelling specifically for your session. As a result, short notice cancellations or changes mean this time cannot be reallocated and associated costs have already been incurred. For this reason, a charge is applied.
