There are certain moments in the beauty industry that feel genuinely special, and Lisa Eldridge’s recent appearance at Selfridges Birmingham was exactly that.
The newly launched counter is a beautiful reflection of the brand itself, considered, elevated, and quietly luxurious. It feels like a space designed not just to shop, but to experience the artistry behind the products.
The event was hosted by Paulina, the new counter manager, who brought a warm and welcoming energy to the day. From the moment we arrived, there was a real sense of excitement building, with a queue that stretched far beyond what anyone expected. A true testament to Lisa’s influence and the loyalty she has built over the years.
Meeting Lisa herself felt incredibly personal despite the scale of the event. She was generous with her time, thoughtful, and genuinely engaged with everyone she spoke to. Having our well worn copy of Face Paint signed was a real highlight, a small but meaningful moment that will stay with us.
Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without exploring the collection. We treated ourselves to the Betty palette, a piece that perfectly captures Lisa’s signature approach to colour, alongside a charming limited edition Betty bag that felt too special to leave behind.
It was one of those rare days that reminds you why this industry is so compelling. Not just the products, but the people, the stories, and the shared appreciation for artistry done well.
