Whether you're aiming to go freelance or work within the bridal industry, this course is your gateway to success.  When you complete this course you will also receive a qualification with the IMA, worldwide recognised certificate, access to pro-discounts (up to 40% with Nars, MAC, Charlotte Tilbury etc) and a range of images for your portfolio taken by professional photographer Garazi and an experienced Asian bridal 

From traditional red-and-gold bridal looks to more contemporary styles, this course equips you with the skills to create stunning, personalised transformations for every bride’s big day.

• Advanced Asian Bridal Makeup Techniques: Learn how to create flawless, long-lasting looks, from radiant dewy skin to bold, dramatic eyes. Master the art of color blending, intricate eyeliner, and statement lips, all while ensuring the look remains timeless and elegant.

• Traditional & Modern Bridal Hair Styling: From voluminous updos adorned with jewelry to sleek, modern styles, you’ll gain expertise in a wide range of hairstyles to suit every bridal preference. Special attention is given to hair texture, length, and cultural accessories.

• Cultural Insight: Delve deep into the history and symbolism behind different bridal looks from various Asian cultures, including Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Afghan traditions. Understanding the cultural elements behind each style will help you connect with your clients and provide a more personalised service.

• Hands-on Experience: Practice with real models to perfect your techniques in makeup application and hairstyling. You’ll also learn essential skills in client communication, ensuring you can build trust with brides and deliver exactly what they envision.

• Kit Essentials & Product Knowledge: Discover the best products for achieving that flawless, long-lasting finish on brides. From waterproof foundations to smudge-proof eyeliners, you'll be taught how to select the right products for each skin type and occasion.

• Business & Freelance Skills: Start your freelance bridal career with confidence. This course includes advice on service fees, marketing, contracts, branding, and building a portfolio that will attract your ideal clients.

Course Structure:

By the end of this course, you’ll be fully equipped to offer bespoke Asian bridal makeup and hair services, ready to start your own bridal business or work with top salons and bridal clients.

Additional Information

You will be invoiced the remaining balance of £1,800 14 days prior to your course start date.

To optimise your time fully on the course we recommend bringing a model or we can provide a model for £50. This will not be required every day. A model will be provided for the photo shoot at no extra charge.
